Not a healthy work environment

Pros

-There are absolutely some great people, specifically at the junior level before they have been burnt out -Remote first culture

Cons

All of the negative reviews on here are 100% accurate. There hasn't been one I've read where I felt anything said was unfair. Most of the positive are from consultants asked to leave positive reviews, not direct employees, or from managers told to leave one. I won't repeat what has been said over and over, but I will say Mondo is not a positive environment and does not prioritize their employees mental health. From the top down, it is an unhealthy culture, and they will never retain good people with what is in place. It can definitely be a place to get your start and learn valuable experience as long as you find your footing (training is nearly nonexistent). However, after a year or so you should move on to somewhere that values you much more. Trust me, there are plenty of places out there. Everyone who joins either leaves after a year or two, or they become for-lifers and really drink the KoolAid. I recommend protecting your sanity and not becoming the latter!

Don't get sucked in

Pros

the only pro I can think of was the people I worked with but that's only if you get lucky.

Cons

*Mondo is an insanely toxic place to work where they will bully candidates into accepting jobs and bully clients into hiring candidates even if they have hesitations or don't want them. We lost 5 clients simply because we were insufferable to work with and that was in the last 3 months alone when I was actually paying attention. God knows how many others we have lost behind closed doors. *The President is delusional and only promotes people to management if they are in her "inner circle" so she can control them. She preaches an environment of being able to "challenge" each other and wants everyone to "grow". God forbid you challenge something she says though, or else you can consider yourself fired. I know of 3 people off the top of my head who "challenged" something she said or would "challenge" their tactics and come up with a different solution and they were fired. *The hours are unbelievable, they expect you to work weekends while management wouldn't respond to you so you can't even do your job. *Their favorite thing to do is to tell you they need you to "level-up" when they have no idea on how to coach, train or assist with that at all. If you ask a question they will simply respond with "well what do YOU think" instead of helping. Mainly because they don't know how to help either because anyone who has been promoted got lucky with an account, milked that, and then got promoted. *You'll love it there if you don't have an ounce of self respect and just suck up to everyone and anyone and drink the kool-aid

Pros

Made a lot of money but not worth the burn out. Some managers are amazing and by some, I mean very few and most of them have left.

Cons

Don't care about you and they don't listen to client feedback. Treat your staff better
