      Pros

      - Remote friendly - Good colleagues - Very less leg pulling, but only in tech team - Good people to learn from

      Cons

      - Salaries are not at all at par with industry, they like to hire remote to save $$$ but end up saving a lot more. - Increments are totally useless, if you score 85% score (which only 20% of people get), you get an increment of 3%.

      - Complete remote - Good colleagues

      Cons

      - Incapable HR department - Very low salaries as comp. to other companies, for example, someone with 8 yr experience will get 250-350K/y in USA/Canada but this company will hire remotely on just 40-50K. Despite the fact that after covid, even people in Brazil, India, Pakistan etc are now getting slightly comparable salaries remotely. - Few rude bosses
