Pros

1) Always gives appraisals 2) Always gives feedbacks 3) Always gives rewards 4) Always gives salaries on time All in all a very consistent company which will go very far ahead.

Cons

None so far. MonetizeMore is the best company anyone could hope for.

As a remote worker, I kind of surprise that I finally settle here!

Pros

- Great working environment: I can work in peace every day - CTO is understanding: this is new to me! :D - I can learn lots of new stuffs regarding Python web dev in general and also ads tech - Makes me think to create my own sites that generate income through ads! - The company culture have a very high respect in ... wait for it, ... weekend. Again, this is new to me! This is probably my biggest pro for M2.

Cons

- Standup time from my country maybe a bit late (9.30pm - 10.30pm, depending on that confusing daily saving changes
