Interesting time to be at company with opportunities to bring about change

Cons

Lots of firedrills and a lot of work to be done with limited resources. Pressure from senior management to improve performance so that they can get paid big bonuses. Company overall lacks any sense of culture or community.

Most entry level folks are supportive and know what they're doing.

Cons

Toxic culture!!! People in this company are expecting you to work as slaves for them and don't know how to respect and appreciate other's work. I wouldn't work here if I can have a minimum wage job which can keep me from starvation.
