As the company grows rapidly, you can 1. find an opportunity that will suit your skills 2. to grow vertically or horizontally, change org or develop your skills within the org. Company's culture is very dynamic, rewarding and doesn't tolerate mediocracy. Which is perfect for me. MongoDB appreciates people with strong drive and energy. I moved from Technical Support org to Pre-Sales org within 2 years, and I appreciate the chance that was given me.
