- great product - interesting projects/technologies - good learning opportunities - two skunkworks weeks per year

Cons

- forced pip - compensation: the more you stay, the less you are paid compared to new joiners - really hard to be promoted if you want to stay in the engineering path - getting more similar to Amazon
