Competitive compensation. I'd say up there with FANG companies. Fast-growing so plenty of opportunity for someone who's ambitious. Good respect for work-life balance.

Cons

Becoming overly-corporate and process-heavy. Some growing pains in tech infrastructure that hasn't expanded to meet current business needs.
