Business Outlook
Pros
- Solid/improving core product - Mature engineering org (depending on department) and great especially for younger engineers (average employee age is relatively young) - Hybrid work environment gives great flexibility and everyone has adjusted to remote-first meeting culture - Free lunch when in office - PTO is truly "unlimited"
Cons
- Internal politics have taken over as the company scales, effectively trying to become a mini AWS - Shoving "AI" buzzwords everywhere which is confusing product direction - Stock comp isn't what it was which is hurting morale - Changes to offices include removing soft seating in favor of more desks, feels less "home"-y - Leadership turbulence
