Pros

The company culture is great. The pay is pretty good. They have different working models and probably suits many. The benefits are quite good.

Cons

The company is increasing the pressure on the employees to achieve more. It's becoming harder to achieve those targets. Career progress could be stalled.

Pros

Still sharply growing company, lots of product needs in the market. Very good global culture and global leadership.

Cons

Small regions with few employees have their own unique culture, all employees are controlled by high level sales manager. Sales oriented culture does not respect an engineer voice. Salary does not competitive anymore compare to the other data platform vendors.
