Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate the positives you mentioned, and we also respect your concerns and take them seriously. Leadership development is a big focus for the coming fiscal year. So far we've invested heavily in new manager training, and we are excited to bring that level of support to all layers of leadership at MongoDB. We strive to uphold a culture of transparency and encourage all employees to reach out to their leaders with questions. It is our goal to ensure that everyone has the tools and resources they need to succeed at MongoDB.

Excellent work/life balance and people-centric management policies. Managers evaluate your outcomes, not your hours. Lots of autonomy and ability to set your own growth goals and boundaries. Coworkers are genuinely kind and smart. Bright outlook for the company.
Cons
The company is growing really rapidly, so the average tenure is pretty low. Some structures are still catching up as the company moves from "small and scrappy" to "enterprise-minded." On the bright side, senior leaders at the company do see the need to make changes, and they take action.
This is great company with following benefits:
1. Flexible work hours and Work-Life Balance
2. Great Company Culture : open to feedback from employees, making changes, encourages diversity
3. Awesome Perks & Benefits
4. Passionate and smart people to work with
5. Good Compensation Packages
6. Great leadership and Role Models
Cons
More explicit external training and personal development plans for employees will be a good addition.
