      Pros

      Some of the world's best people to work with. A very open, honest and inclusive culture. Approachable senior executives. Interaction with other business units, like support and sales. Good pay, flexible working hours, great office location, free food some days, etc .. all the perks that are quite regular in the industry now.

      Cons

      I miss working with smaller teams and knowing everyone in the office. As the company grows, the small family feel keeps drifting away.

      I miss being in the office and seeing all my great co-workers face to face! We've been growing so quickly it's difficult to keep track of all the new faces over Zoom.
