Pros

Good work culture. You certainly don't feel left out. Being a small but a public company has perks like the RSU and Employee Share Purchase Plan.

Cons

Most of the employees are not more than 2 or three years in the company so everybody is learning. If you are coming from a big IT company, you will find many processes, tools and systems very slow and manual. Small budget so perks are not as market standard.

Pros

The project planning structure gives individual contributors a lot of ownership and decision making authority. The product itself is compelling. This varies, but on average managers are decent (mine was great!) and teams are friendly.

Cons

This is a shareholder-value shop. If that’s your jam, cool. If it’s not, townhalls will be a depressing affair. In addition to living in ethics purgatory, senior leadership employs a really uninspiring 90s-era management attitude that is super dissonant from the innovative tech products.
