- Great compensation - Great work/life balance - Nice office location

Cons

- Engineering/software side a bit on the bureaucratic side. Too many documents and too many people reviewing them - Personal experience wasn't great with manager, and I wasn't the only one struggling. But *not everybody was struggling*.

Pros

I feel challenged and valued. There’s a lot to learn, with ample time given for creativity. All of my colleagues are sharp, capable people with whom I’m happy to share my work day. Telecommuting is a smooth experience. I found the interview process remarkably well-done.

Cons

I was awash in orientation-type stuff for the first month or so. Some of it felt a bit redundant, and the new-hire tech training in particular was rather quirky (though still informative).

Pros

Pay is on par with industry. Not nearly as high as the FAANG companies but I'd say probably one step down. Intelligent but also very friendly & personable coworkers. It's not a bunch of genius/jerks. Seem to be fairly resilient to the current economic downturn, I have yet to hear of any layoffs.

Cons

No 401k matching or bonus. Career growth options are not nearly what they'd be at a larger company however I've seen this improve during my time at the company.
