Pros
Best company I've ever worked for. I'm an old-timer here, having ridden the rocketship since pre-IPO - it's been quite a ride! The company culture is excellent, with kind, thoughtful people and minimal ego/politics issues. The level of technical excellence is very high, but work-life balance is also fantastic. I've always been supported when family needs beckoned, even through two pregnancies and now with three small kids.
Cons
The biggest challenge is managing the company's incredible growth. When I joined there were 600 employees, now there are >4500! It's a challenge, but I think the company is doing as good a job of it as you might hope.
