      Pros

      Come to MDB if you want to accelerate your career. In my experience, it's been a great place to expand your scope and take on new responsibilities. Rapid growth will force you our of your comfort zone. The management team invests a lot of effort into development. People with career upside are really cultivated.

      Cons

      The pace isn't for everyone. It's a culture of extreme accountability.

      Pros

      The onboarding experience has bene really thorough and thoughtful. The team is really sharp and willing to help, and there is an abundance of resources to set you up for success once you start. Management is impressive and continue to drive home the vision for the company, key focus areas, and how the team will be enabled to achieve success in such a challenging economic environment.

      Cons

      So far, so good. The only thing I can think of is that there are a lot of meetings, and many feel like the content could have been delivered over email or via slack

      Pros

      I love working at MongoDB. The onboarding experience was very organized and my Manager is extremely supportive. I feel that I've learned so much already and have so much opportunity to grow further in my career. There is a commitment to work-life balance and respect, which begins in Leadership and trickles down to our team. The pay is great. Everyone is collaborative. I am so glad that I joined this company!
