      - rapid growth is a testament to the product and the large TAM - leadership from the top down over-communicate to ensure transparency at every level - there’s a strong winning culture which is contagious - management is acutely focused on individualized performance and growth plans - strong culture of diversity and inclusion with various programs - overall, the company is well structured and organized with the right systems and processes in place to support the extreme growth.

      - with extreme growth also comes a fast paced culture which is not for everyone - the growth also means a lot of change and need for adaptability
