      Pros

      Training employees from the ground up on a sales process that you can take to any job succeeding mongo. Career development - managers have performance reviews specifically around how their reps have been developed.

      Cons

      Many systems / tools / processes to get up to speed with when starting. Not to mention the process and technology as well.

      - Lots of structural change. Most of it is to make our lives easier, but get ready for a new challenge here and there, get ready to adapt. Lots of help you can have here too

      - fair comp - a lot of design freedom regardless of title - freedom to use open source technology - wlb - good RSU refreshers

      Cons

      - no free lunch in Seattle office - codebase is still a bit monolithic (hence steeper learning curve)
