      Pros

      MongoDB has strong engineers and solid products, while also working hard to listen to its employees. The result is a place where you can do good work, be challenged, and be supported. It's exciting to be a part of a company that's just out of its startup days, but that has retained the passion to do new things.

      Cons

      As the company scales, it will need to work to have people feel connected and engaged.

      Good work-life balance Competitive pay and benefits Excellent environment and people on the engineering side

      Cons

      Company is growing fast so there can be a lot of process or product changes. Some things feel like we are just winging it, but we make it work.

      Pros

      The highlight of the company was the people, I miss them a lot! Excellent benefits, standard tech company perks.

      Cons

      Limited growth in satellite offices for certain roles. Satellite offices also don't have the support that PA/NYC do (i.e. onsite IT, HR, etc) so if you need something from someone elsewhere there may be a delay.
