-MongoDB lives the culture they state on their careers page, and there's no fluff. People are genuine, supportive and genuinely will work with you to help you succeed. -Opportunity is massive, and the results speak for themselves. Recent beats on earnings, and tremendous market share to go after. -Enablement and training are the best I've encountered in my career, with real actions and work so you can learn.

At this stage in my tenure, I don't have any cons to list. I've only been here 90 days but wouldn't change a thing.
