Pros
As a relatively new employee, the immediate things I've noticed which also have direct impact on my role are the people I work alongside and my ability to contribute. MongoDB has incredible employees, both technically skilled and great people. I am able to contribute significantly beyond even the scope of my role. I bring substantial experience which I am able to use daily, while still learning continually and being able to continue to hone my professional abilities.
Cons
Not really a con, per se, but the opportunities to contribute have been so plenty, can't do them all! It will be a great place to grow with the organization long term.
