Not a lot of room for growth

The company has a cost of living adjustment which can affect you negatively or positively if you decide to pursue a role in another location and have to relocate or if a personal relocation is approved. The company is transparent about the cost of living adjustment, which is great; however, if you choose to relocate to a city with a lower cost of living, you may experience a reduction in pay. While this is understandable given the policy, it can be disappointing, especially for long-tenured employees who have contributed to the company for many years.
