      Pros

      The enablement and learning is world class. Peers are fun and want to get better. culture overall, is not great but good. B+ (used to be in consulting, so might not be a fair comparison)

      Cons

      Pay is underwhelming, which should be ok since you will learn much more than your peers who make more money at other companies If you coast, you will fail, a good lesson to learn in life tho :)

      Pros

      MDB has an incredible culture of smart people with generally low egos. Lots of support getting onboarded, and high understanding that it takes time to get your bearings once you jump in

      Cons

      The right hand often doesn't know what the left hand is doing at a company this large. Can be frustrating, but it's not unique to MDB!
