Pros
The people are amazing, collaborative, open, diverse and extremely intelligent with low egos. The culture is one of the best I've seen in my many years.
Cons
Like all fast growing companies, there are some growing pains and necessary changes to continue to succeed and perform at the highest levels. From a benefits perspective, the lack of 401k matching is unfortunate. This has been an industry standard for a long time.
