- the company moves fast to solve problems - the people I have encountered are kind, helpful - they have great technical support, and issue you might have gets resolved quickly - the company is growing and shifting, so there is always something new to wrap your mind around. I am never bored, and it forces me to meet lots of people at the company, and continue to learn about new things.

- there is a ton of work to get done. Almost more than is reasonable - the company is growing and shifting, so there is always something new to wrap your mind around. This can be challenging if you are seeking WLB.
