Pros

If you are the type that enjoys new challenges and working with some of the best professionals in the technology space, you will thrive at MongoDB. There has been very low turnover on the team I've been a part of. Able to take sufficient time off. Expectations are well defined and clear. I've seen multiple team members promoted into other departments in the company.

Cons

While I don't personally think this is a "con", the expectations are much higher than a lot of companies I've seen.

- great benefits including lunches 3 days a week and hybrid work - provided with any technology we might need - one of the best sales development programs I have encountered - rapid career growth if you are willing to grind

Cons

No 401K matching which I think is standard other places
