The company culture is positive and encouraging. The employee base is the most global and diverse I've ever worked with. Everyone has been respectful and empowering of each other. My manager doesn't micromanage; rather they empower their teams to own their work, think outside the box, and share their ideas and expertise to bring value to the team and organization. Work schedule is flexible to allow a healthy balance of work/life balance to avoid burnout.

Cons

I haven't really experienced any negatives in my time at MongoDB so far.
