Our goal is to continue building MongoDB as a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company, and we’ve recently hired a Head of Inclusion to oversee MongoDB’s investment in initiatives and programming that support equity and inclusion. We continiously strive to increase the representation of women and nonbinary individuals in sales roles. Within our Sales organization, we have made consistent progress increasing the percentage of women in the org, while building a culture of inclusion among Sales leaders. Our Sell Like a Girl affinity group, founded by women in Sales leadership back in 2020 and sponsored by our CRO, is another source of impact. The group aims to make MongoDB a top employer for people who identify as women in Sales by supporting the recruitment process of women candidates and retention of women sales executives through support, leadership development, and mentorship.
