Pros
Very good culture. Great work to live balance. Competitive pay. Great people. Excellent leadership.
Cons
Referral program is not ideal IMHO. It feels like referrals are not a priority. I do honest referrals for people I think would be great fits for the company and they are rarely interviewed. Mostly rejected by email or ghosted after weeks of silence. I would expect referrals to be contacted quickly either to reject them or to interview them.
