Lots of opportunities to get promoted, looks good on resume and pays decently well, good benefits/perks, good work life balance, some people are really smart and down to earth.

Cons

Inner toxic culture that doesn't easily come out unless you are exposed to certain things, failures from other companies leading here, HR and employee experience are a joke, lots of management just promoted without any proper training and values are said but not implemented (hypocrites). Leadership knows about this and is a a major part of the problem.
