Business Outlook
Pros
You work with some amazing people. Professional, insightful, high performance while also treating each other like people. There is a lot of flexibility on working when it comes to your working location. Remote, in-office, flex, etc. I can't think of a single time that a personal emergency has come up and leadership have worked with me to make sure that I have the time I need.
Cons
There are not any real cons that I can think of. The startup culture is no more, and the organization has transitioned to a business; life at MongoDB is still personable and not cold and corporate.
