Within our Sales organization, we have made consistent progress increasing the percentage of women in the org, while building a culture of inclusion among Sales leaders. Our Sell Like a Girl affinity group, founded by women in Sales leadership back in 2020 and sponsored by our CRO, is another source of impact. The group aims to make MongoDB a top employer for people who identify as women in Sales by supporting the recruitment process of women candidates and retention of women sales executives through support, leadership development, and mentorship.
