Cons

It depends on your book of business and territory a bit more than it should for hitting your quota. Greenfield accounts should not be weighted the same quota for ADRs to those that have super warm accounts that have a lot of MongoDB usage.

MDB has an amazing support culture. The leadership team, from C-Level down, cares about their people and communicates our strategy, and more importantly, how we drive that strategy.

Cons

We are growing exponentially. There are challenges associated with that, but we have the tools, processes and leadership to fix any minor hurdles that come our way.
