      Pros

      MongoDB is an incredible place to work and joining the team was the best decision I could have made for my professional career. Besides the product itself, the culture/employees is by far the best thing about it. Everyone is intelligent, driven, and always willing to help. I've never been apart of a culture that is as supportive as it is here - we truly all want to see one another succeed, and there are endless opportunities to do so.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about MongoDB. Having little experience in tech prior to working here, it has been challenging to say the least. The technology is outstanding, yet complex. If you're willing to put in the work, it's extremely rewarding.

      Pros

      Money and stock are the main reasons to be there.

      Cons

      It was toxic when I left; no coaching or feedback, just a lot of young, arrogant, and superstar wannabe's (in sales leadership anyway) who don't care about anyone or anything that doesn't impact their wallet.

Leadership development is a big focus for this fiscal year. So far we've invested heavily in new manager training, and we are excited to bring that level of support to all layers of leadership at MongoDB. We strive to uphold a culture of growth and development by providing opportunities for coaching and feedback sessions between employees and their managers.
