      High attention to the person. Great technology and experiences on the field. I grew up more in these last 3 years compared to the previous 10. Great team work.

      Cons

      It's hard to find cons, even after three years. Career path could be improved but I am sure it will be soon.

      MongoDB provides ample opportunities to grow and shape your career the way you want. Since day one I've been given all the support, I could have asked for. My Success story is a great example of the culture MongoDB imbibes. I started with a Data Governance Associate, explored a different trajectory, and was being encouraged to proceed and now within a year I am leading a team of 3 and developed a whole new dimension of Process Automation within Data Governance.

      Can't think of any at the moment. The organization is growing each day and I think we would know better with time
