      - The best ecosystem compared to other 10-year startups that have IPO - Young, Modern & Collaborative Work culture. There’s strong collaboration and support within the ecosystem. My teammates feel more like friends :) -Commission model is attractive

      - Positive experience with work life balance. - Clear and very communicative on upcoming changes or new ways of working. - Managers are constructive and personal development are taken seriously. (Learned a lot in my 3 months so far) - Great compensation package and competitive salary.

      Cons

      Offices are not as "nice" in the hub locations as they are in the main regions.
