      Pros

      Working at MongoDB is really a pleasure. Everyone is smart and kind, there is a good work-life balance, and strong management with a solid vision. It's also a great product, and there is a lot of growth opportunity at the company. I especially value working here as a technical communications professional. The product is so deeply technical, and there is an emphasis on getting your hands dirty with the product. Every day I learn something new and interesting.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, there are some process-related growing pains. Some things feel like they take longer/require more bureaucracy than is necessary.

      Cons

      In Ent sales- poor culture, degrading, disrespectful conduct by managers on a regular basis hiding behind "being brutally honest". Very big attrition rate of folks who just don't accept being treated as objects and in degrading way

      Pros

      Its a progressive company. The technical teams allow for collaboration for overall. improvements to the org. There is a level of autonomy that gives you ownership and allows to feel like a leader as well. Also, career direction and progression is a very relevant thing here.

      Cons

      Sometimes procedures aren't fully documented so certain teams have a bottleneck.
