Great culture, not too hierarchical - teams and individuals are able to make decisions on how to work and what to work on. The company has a strong focus on work/life balance and diversity. The company size is in the "Goldilocks zone" where it's big enough to have a level of maturity but small enough to have good agility.

Cons

Options to try out different roles and teams are more limited than in larger companies. Product portfolio is fairly small.

- Very technically strong and helpful colleagues which makes it a great environment to learn and grow in - Great work / life balance culture for the most part depending on the team

Cons

Very minor con although I feel there are some unnecessary meetings.
