Our sales process is constantly evolving and refined based on years of research and data. It proves to deliver consistent success, but we acknowledge this requires consistent hard work to master. While we do have high expectations of all of our employees, we don’t expect that to come at the expense of one’s personal life. Our leadership team is invested in supporting rep work-life blend, and retaining top talent while helping reps avoid burnout is a top priority.
