Challenging work Incredible transparent leadership team People actually knowing and applying the company values Commitment to "doing the right thing" Embracing remote work long before covid hit

Cons

After 4 years here, I still can't think of any real cons, especially compared to the rest of the tech industry. OK, one: I wish they matched charitable donations.

Pros

Company is growing at a good rate and making sure that growth is sustainable. Good opportunities to grow technically, there are always new challenges as the company scales. Culture is great and there is a sense that everyone is working together to the same goal.

Cons

Some legacy code that should be replaced but has not been because new features are prioritized. Workload fluctuates and some weeks can be very busy.

Visionary people, amazing leadership team, great products, exposure to lots of technology, motivating environment, good work/life balance, many benefits.

Cons

There are lots of challenges. Personally, I do not consider this an issue because the team offers good support, but others may think of this as a con.
