MongoDB is in growth mode but in a disciplined way. It's stable and long-term oriented, which feels great in a turbulent macroeconomic environment!

Cons

More inefficient, manual processes than I would have expected...but there is a great leadership commitment to investing in creating better process with better technology to ensure efficiency at scale.

Cons

Some internal people have been overlooked for promotions. I'm not sure of the exact reasons, but this is the only thing I can think of.
