      Pros

      I have been working here for 1 week, but from interview to onboarding to making my first contribution, I can tell that the working place is a wonderful one. The people I got in contact are all opened, helpful, nice and very skilled. I can see that all the top-down communication is opened, transparent, and I can have access to find out pretty much anything about direction, mission vision with ease.

      Well-run company that stays to core values and shares feedback, and things just make sense Growing fast so lots of career growth opportunities High wealth potential with enormous market and fast growth Best of breed technology both for DBs and also app dev services

      Cons

      Can be hard to get started in a sales role (like most everywhere), but there is huge potential. The company is always learning how to ensure the right fit, but can get it wrong (again, like everywhere)
