      Pros

      In my short Corporate career, I have already worked with pretty "big brands" but the employee centric nature of the Management and the Senior Leadership is second to none which makes MongoDB one of the best Organisations to work.

      Cons

      Need to focus more on participating in Corporate Events example we could have a dedicated Cricket/ Football Team ( Geo/Office Wise) who can participate in Corporate Sporting Events representing MongoDB which may assist in improving our Brand Visibility.

      Good energy, good people . Everybody is given the chances to succeed at start and no one is given special treatment. Almost everyone is over achieving. Lots of opportunities internally

      Pros

      -Work culture is important for me, and MongoDB's work culture is very inclusive, empathetic and leaders put a lot of effort to make it a safe space for everyone. -The opportunities for growth are like none other I've experienced. I've never moved up so quickly in any position and been given so much fair autonomy to contribute and grow in my roles and responsibilities. -The company is growing so quickly that mobility is always an option if that's what you choose. Leadership is always open to hearing what you want, rather than just what they need from you. -Professional development and space for learning has never been denied. -CxOs are visionary and despite the company growing so fast, everyone seems to still be working toward a common goal, which is growth.

      Cons

      Honestly can't think of any. This is the best company I've worked for. No one is perfect, so sure kinks show up here and there, since we're all human, but ppl and culture are quick to reassess. It's a very professional inclusive environment.
