      Pros

      In a word, career advancement. If you have a good idea, you're given the leeway and resources to make it happen. Also, while it's a "mature" tech company, it has the best elements of a startup - lean processes, agile approach to marketing etc...

      Cons

      There is still work to be done on unifying the marketing org, but that work is well underway and with a new CMO should be achieved soon.
