      Pros

      The company has great values that almost all employees try to embody. Huge focus on customer success and doing the right thing. The product is incredible, one of the best SaaS solutions in the market. The new wave of AI also has MongoDB uniquely positioned to capture much more of the market.

      Cons

      Lots of hard work, the company expects a lot from all employees. Lots of change happening that can cause confusion and competing priorities.
