      Pros

      Love working for such a great company. I can't emphasize enough - this company truly cares about their employees and their wellbeing. This is a TOUGH job, however you have so many tools and resources to help you along the way. I have always felt very supported by my manager (RD) and Team.

      Cons

      Lots to learn in the first couple of months - I am 3 months in so I don't know that there is much to say at this moment.

      Very supportive FLM & upper management Great technologies Collaborative environment, people from diverse backgrounds

      Cons

      Not really a cons but as a CAE, you're expected to meet multiple Sales KPIs per quarter, not just the overall quota.

      - Building a product for engineers - Highly technical managers and being surrounded by smart people - Great engineering culture, putting emphasis on quality, collaboration, intellectual honesty and ongoing improvement

      No significant downsides - it's really a great place to be Lead role is quite demanding
