MongoDB is the industry leading and continuous expectation beating non-relational database machine! I absolutely love working here and I am extremely thankful that I am part of the team. It's an over 3,200 employee company right now on it's way to over 5,000 and trecking towards surpassing $1B in annual revenue.

Cons

It's inbetween a startup and a large enterprise company, if you don't fit the profile of growing the company between those two scenarios, this might not be the place for you.
