      Pros

      Strongest product (dataplatform) that can handle the most use cases for companies uniquely to dramatically lower T2M, TCO by unpinning faster development and change. Intelligent and motivated people and strong processes. They outlook is outstanding.

      Cons

      You have to be able to cope with a high pace and changes. This can take some execution focus off or you will need to put in extra hours - but changes makes sense.
