      Everyday, I benefit from MongoDB's team culture of best practice sharing, achievement recognition and efficient. At MongoDB, you can easily set up calls with anyone you'd like to dig into more. And APAC is always taken into consideration, we are not working in silos.

      How to prioritize meetings to ensure the most efficiency. While people are eager to help, timezone is not always considered.

      Amazing technology that truly resonates with customers and makes a difference in their world. Accessible leadership teams and good cross-functional communication and collaboration at most levels

      This role isn't for those who don't like change. 'How we do things' changes quarter over quarter, and you need to be comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity. This is always in the best effort to move with how customers are consuming MongoDB products/ services, and the business direction aligned to that.
