      Talented and helpful staff; Good working environment; World class service delivery when comparing with general companies and products

      Cons

      Nitpicky will be slight bureaucracy but this is expected for such a big company. Having clearer guidelines to change the process can improve this.

      Great job for people who are hungry to learn and to develop

      Pros

      Great development opportunities, learning the science of selling. I started as an Account Executive and worked my way to a Regional Director in less than 3 years. The company is growing steadily and investing by far more than any other SaaS company into the development of their people. The quality of the employees is super higher and I have never worked in an environment where more people strive to their highest than at MongoDB.

      Cons

      Fast past working environment, which might be difficult for people who want to stay in their comfort zone.
