Pros

MongoDB is a really great diverse company where I feel valued even before I started here. Plenty of benefits and great salary expectations. Daily tasks and projects here is meaninful and have impact on the company. Work life balance.

Cons

Sometimes can be a little bit overwhelming for people who are not get used to work in such an agile and fast paced company. Even with this 'downside' I do still recommend to apply to MongoDB.
